Karen Wazen Becomes First Arab Content Creator Invited to Cover the Grammys
Lebanese influencer Karen Wazen proudly announced that she has been officially invited to attend and cover the 68th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, making her the first Arab content creator to receive this opportunity. The ceremony will take place on Sunday, February 1 at the Crypto.com Arena and will be hosted by comedian Trevor Noah.
Wazen shared the news with excitement while preparing to travel, promising her followers exclusive coverage from the red carpet and behind the scenes. She described the invitation as a historic milestone, highlighting the growing global impact of Arab digital creators within the international music and entertainment scene.
This year’s Grammys feature fierce competition, led by Kendrick Lamar with nine nominations, followed by Lady Gaga with seven, and Justin Bieber and Bad Bunny with six each. The event will also introduce new award categories and performances by major stars including Lady Gaga, Sabrina Carpenter, and Addison Rae, alongside a special tribute to Mariah Carey during Grammy Week.
