Jake Paul Beats Boxing Legend Mike Tyson in a Historic Clash
Jake Paul secured a unanimous decision victory over boxing legend Mike Tyson on Friday night in front of 72,300 fans at AT&T Stadium. The 27-year-old social media star outlanded the 58-year-old Tyson, landing 78 punches to Tyson’s 18 in a fight that struggled to meet its massive hype.
Tyson, wearing a knee brace, showed flashes of his old defensive skills but was unable to generate offense after being wobbled in the third round. Post-fight, Tyson acknowledged battling a leg injury but said, “I’m not one of those guys that live to please the world. I’m just happy with what I can do.”
Paul (11-1) called the fight “an honor” and hinted at bigger challenges ahead, possibly a showdown with Canelo Alvarez. While Tyson’s return to professional boxing after nearly two decades captivated fans, he remained non-committal about stepping back into the ring again.
