In what feels like satire but somehow isn’t, U.S. President Donald Trump has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for 2026, this time for his “work” in the Iran-"Israel" conflict.
The nomination submitted by Republican Rep. Buddy Carter credits Trump’s military strikes and late-night tweets with preventing nuclear escalation and maintaining global peace. Because apparently lobbing drones and posting threats in all caps now qualifies as diplomacy.
Yes, we are talking about the same man who once said “bomb the hell out of them” now being applauded for not starting another war.
