An Unexpected Crossover, Nicki Minaj Joins Trump on the Campaign Trail

Nicki Minaj took her support for Donald Trump to the stage, appearing alongside the US president at a Republican rally in Port Huron, Michigan, on October 25. The rapper joined Trump as he campaigned for Republican candidates ahead of November’s midterm elections, bringing an unexpected pop-culture crossover to the campaign trail.

“I will continue to support you forever and ever,” Minaj told Trump, making her stance clear and giving the crowd a moment they probably didn’t have on their bingo cards. The rapper also praised his leadership, adding to the buzz surrounding her increasingly public political views.

The appearance quickly got people talking, with the worlds of rap and Republican politics sharing the spotlight. Call it an unexpected collab, just without the music video. 🎤👀
